METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTINUOUSLY PRODUCING SOLID HYDROGEN AND DEVICE FOR CONTINUOUSLY PRODUCING SOLID HYDROGEN PELLET, SCREW FOR CONTINUOUSLY EXTRUDING SOLID HYDROGEN, COOLING TUBE FOR COOLING AND SOLIDIFYING HYDROGEN AND NUCLEAR FUSION DEVICE
PURPOSE:To continuously provide crack-free solid hydrogen by giving a stationary pressure or continuously giving a vibrational pressure to hydrogen solidified in a cooling tube to continuously extrude the solid hydrogen from the other opening of the tube. CONSTITUTION:Hydrogen gas 3 stored in a reservoir 16 having pressure-adjusting valves 17a and 17b is preliminarily cooled to 77K with a cooling medium flowing in a cooling medium-transporting pipe 11a, introduced into a cooling tube 1 having a screw 15 therein and subsequently cooled with a cooling medium-transporting pipe 11b and a heater 19 of a heat exchanger 2 for liquefying the hydrogen so that the hydrogen charged above the screw 15 may be cooled to the triple point temperature (14K) of the hydrogen H2. A screw 15 is subsequently rotated to transfer the liquefied hydrogen in the lower direction through vertical grooves 18 and 18a formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cooling tube 1, followed by cooling the transferred liquid hydrogen to a temperature (10K-8K) below the triple point temperature to form the solid state of the hydrogen, which is extruded from an extruding opening 14.
