PURPOSE:To stabilize wire feeding and to provide lower sputtering and higher efficiency by disposing an oil tank, a valve interlocked to a torch switch and an oil flow controller. CONSTITUTION:The oil tank 1 is an oil tank which can be hermetically sealed and pressurized. This oil tank is kept pressurized by CO2 for welding subjected to pressure reduction from a CO2 cylinder. The electromagnetic valve 2 interlocked to the torch switch and the oil flow controller 3 are disposed to feed oil into a torch from an insulator 4 having a mouthpiece for connection to an oil feed hose. The elastic orifice 5 is a cylinder formed of a stock having elasticity such as silicone resin which is not carbonized by heat. The oil admitted into the torch wets the outside circumference of the orifice 5 and the inside surface of the nozzle by the elastic orifice 5 and a part thereof wets the front end of the tip by flowing along the section of the cylinder. A proper volume of the clean oil is thereby supplied into the torch and the stable feeding of a wire is executed and, therefore, the increase in sputtering by the fluctuation in welding conditions by the delay and unequalness of the wire feeding is prevented.
