MATERIAL FOR ASSISTING CULTURE OF MUSHROOM AND MUSHROOM CULTIVATION PROCESS

PURPOSE:To increase the yield of mushrooms by mixing a specific amount of an assisting material composed of nucleic acid, amino acid and humus to a base material for mushroom cultivation, putting the obtained mixture into a container, planting mycelia of mushroom and culturing the mushroom. CONSTITUTION:A base material for mushroom cultivation prepared by mixing sawdust, rice bran, wheat bran, bean curd refuse, etc., is added with 5-15% (based on the base material) of a cultivation assisting material composed of nucleic acid, amino acid and humus. The obtained mixture is put into a vessel such as widemouthed bottle, mycelia of a mushroom is planted to the mixture and the mushroom is cultured. The physiological activity of the mushroom can be remarkably improved and the yield of the mushroom is increased by this process.
