PURPOSE:To manufacture the title Al alloy clad plate by regulating an Al-Mg- Si-Cu-based alloy consisting of specific compsn. to a core, regulating Al having specific purity to a surface material and cladding it onto the core with the specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:An Al-Mg-Si-Cu-based alloy contg., by weight, 0.4-1.5% Mg, 0.3-2.3% Si and 0.2-1.5% Cu, furthermore contg. one or more kinds among 0.15-0.8% Mn, 0.1-0.4% Cr, 0.04-0.3% Zr, 0.01-0.3% V and 0.1-0.5% Ni and the balance consisting of Al with inevitable impurities is regulated to the core. Al having =99.9% purity is furthermore regulated to the surface material and the surface material having 2-20% plate thickness for the total plate thickness is clad onto the one side or both sides of the core. If required, one or two kinds of 0.005-0.3% Ti and 0.0005-0.06% B or 0.0005-0.2% B are incorporated into the core and 0.0001-0.2% B is incorporated into the surface material.
