KNIFE EDGE WITH ROLLER, COCOON TYPE MICROCONVEYOR BELT, AND CARRYING DEVICE USING SAME

PURPOSE:To improve the aging efficiency in the mentioned device for linear materials such as noodles by integrating rolls into the side edge of a slab to form a knife edge with roll and a S-type frame, forming a belt conveyor of them and pulleys, and carrying the material with supporting between a pair of belts. CONSTITUTION:One side edge of a slab 11 is curled at a small R to form an edge part 11a, a plurality of notches 11b are provided in this edge part 11a, and rollers 13 are integrated therein to form knife edges with roller 7, 27. An endless belt 35 is laid over a S-type frame similarly formed from a slab to form a cocoon type microconveyor belt 30. Endless belts 1, 21 are laid over the knife edges with roller 7, 27 and pulleys 9, 29, and the material is supported between both belts 1, 21 and the cocoon type microconveyor belt 30 and carried. This constitution enable a smooth carrying.
