PURPOSE:To join with lamination easily a different kind metallic sheet of which welding is impossible by performing the inner lining with the covering piece of the same kind as the metallic sheet on the other part of the above part where the clamp fitting hole arranged on the metallic sheet of the other part is locked by fitting to the clamp which is welded to the metallic sheet of one part after so doing. CONSTITUTION:A clamp fitting hole 4 is arranged on the metallic sheet stock 3 of the other part to be overlapped on the metallic sheet stock 1 of one part. The metallic sheet stock 3 is held by the metallic sheet stock 1 by locking to the hole edge of the clamp fitting hole 4 by bending toward the olutside the tip of the clamp 2 after overlapping the sheet stock 3 on the sheet stock 1 by fitting the clamp fitting hole 4 of the sheet stock 3 of the other part to the clamp 2 of which base part is welded to the metallic sheet stock 1 of one part. The peripheral edge of a covering piece 6 is then welded to the metallic sheet stock 3 by covering the clamp fitting hole 4 and clamp 2 by the covering sheet piece 6 of the same kind as the metallic sheet stock 3.
