PLATE STOCK INSERTING APPARATUS FOR LEVELER IN PLATE STOCK SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR PRESS MACHINE

PURPOSE:To easily insert plate stock into a leveler by drawing down the tip part of the plate stock to be inserted with a front projecting piece of a rotating member to be guided to the lower side of an upper roll and drawing down the tip part of the plate stock to be transmitted with a rear projecting piece. CONSTITUTION:A feed roll mechanism 31 is provided with a rotating member 32, a fixed roll 311, an opening/closing roll 312 approaching to or separating from this roll and a driving means to rotate and drive them. The rotating member 32 prepares a front projecting piece 321, and the tip part of the plate stock 411 to be inserted by this piece is drawn down at any time to be guided to the lower side of the upper roll 311. The tip part of the plate stock 411 transmitted from the feed roll mechanism 31 is drawn down by the rear projecting piece 322 at any time. By this method, the tip part of the plate stock can be adjusted in length.
