PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a channelizer and to improve the productivity of the channelizer by applying the magnetic fields of different intensities to a YIG thin film prepared between a 1st antenna and plural 2nd antennas and therefore forming plural filters having different pass frequency bands on a signal YIG thin film. CONSTITUTION:A stepped magnet 22 is set on a YIG thin film 14 and therefore the magnetic fields of different intensities are applied between a 1st antenna 18 and each of 2nd antennas 20 of the film 14 respectively. When such an MSW (magneto-static wave) channelizer 10 is used, both antennas 18 and 20 are grounded at a single end respectively and an input signal of a microwave, etc., is supplied through the other end of the antenna 18. This input signal functions to propagate the MSWs of different frequencies to each second antenna 20 from the antenna 18 over the film 14. As a result, plural filters are formed on a single film 14 and therefore the channelizer 10 can be miniaturized.
