MANUFACTURE OF BOARD FOR ARCHITECTURAL MEMBER

PURPOSE:To obtain an architectural member board having hygroscopicity and fire resistance, like a soil wall by cutting out paper-made sludge minutely, and by pressure-molding the sludge after it is mixed with dried and crushed pulverulent intermediate product, clay-grain-shaped substance, and adhesives. CONSTITUTION:Paper-made sludge is minutely cut out and is mixed with the fiber component of dried and crushed pulverulent intermediate product, clay- grain-shaped substance for forming clay in the shape of grains, and adhesives which are entwined with each other. Then, the mixture is pressure-molded, and is bonded by leaving the characteristic of clay having hygroscopicity, fire resistance, and the entwining property of the fiber component. As a result, an architectural member board having the hygroscopicity and fire resistance, like a soil wall can be obtained.
