PURPOSE:To easily convert a reference voltage source to an integrated circuit, by constituting it without using a temperature sensitive element. CONSTITUTION:This reference voltage source is constituted of a constant-current source consisting of transistors (TR) Q1-Q5, a resistance R1 and a DC amplifier 1, and for obtaining a constant-current being proportional to an insulation temperature, and a temperature coefficient generating circuit consisting of TRs Q6-Q7 and a resistance R2. In the TRs Q1, Q2 constituting a current Miller circuit, when the emitter area of Q1 is made to K times (K1) as wide as the emitter area of Q2, a collector current I becomes as shown in the expression (2), and a collector current being proportional to an insulation temperature T is obtained. This collector current is taken out through TRQ6 having the same emitter area as that of Q2, and is made to flow into the resistance R2 and TRQ7 of collector-base connection, which have been connected in series. A temperature coefficient deltaVO/deltaT of output voltage VO is shown by the expression (5), and a temperature coefficient of VO is made an optional value by changing the ratio of the resistances R1/R2.
