PURPOSE:To contrive to improve adherence of panels by applying underwater- hardening type lining agent to a priming-treatment-applied surface to which anticorrosive treatment is to be effected, and by pressing and glueing in series anticorrosive soft panels having nonwoven fabrics stuck to the interior to the surface of the lining agent. CONSTITUTION:To a surface area on which anticorrosive treatment is to be effected, priming treatment is made by water jet method or the like with oyster- shells, rust and the like stuck to the surface scraped off therewith, and underwater-hardening type lining agent 2 is applied thereon. Then anticorrosive soft panels 3 are pressed and stuck in series to the surface of the lining agent 2. Adherence of the soft panels 3 to the lining agent 2 is strengthened by glueing nonwoven fabrics 4 to the soft panels 3 on which a plurality of holes 5 and 5 are provided. Thereby effect of firm sealing can be achieved as joints between each of the soft panels are filled with the lining agent 2.
