REINFORCEMENT PREASSEMBLING METHOD FOR LONG SPAN BEAM

PURPOSE:To shorten a construction period by stretching a steel wire between steel beams, assembling a single pipe, a lifting reinforcement bar, upper and lower bars of main reinforcement, upper and lower bars of a stirrup, a theath pipe, a slab form, or the like together and, after building, removing the single pipe or the like, then inserting each yoke therein. CONSTITUTION:A flexible steel wire 2 is stretched between steel beams 1, mounting a single pipe 5 thereon, and after a lifting reinforcing bar 6 is mounted on this pipe, and this single pipe 5 is transferred on it and the reinforcing bar 6 is stretched between these beams 1. Next, upper and lower bars 9, 11 of main reinforcement of a beam and a stirrup lower bar 10 are engaged on the single pipe 5, bundling them into the reinforcing bar 6, and the stirrup lower bar 10 is bound to the main reinforcement 9, a sheath pipe 13 is mounted on it, then the stirrup upper bar is bundled. The single pipe 5 and the steel wire 2 are removed and, after a slab form 18 is built in, a yoke 19 is inserted in a lower part of the upper bar 9 of the main reinforcement, and the reinforcing bar 6 is cut off. With this constitution, a temporary beam and a temporary stand can be made disusable.
