PURPOSE:To obtain the subject soft food preservable in frozen state and resistant to the breakage of fried bean cured used as a bag of INARIZUSHI (fried bean curd stuffed with vinegared rice) by applying a mixture of bean curd and other food to a surface of a formed food, heat-treating the coated food and seasoning the product. CONSTITUTION:Bean curd or a mixture of bean curd and other food is applied to the surface of a formed food, heat-treated and optionally seasoned to obtain the objective food. The food is preferably added with a mixture of concentrated whey as it is.
