PURPOSE:To suppress the outflow of the leak high frequency current in the DC feeding voltage compensation device of the power storage battery for a DC electric railway by applying a blocking flow reactor and a side path condenser to the rail side output section. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency current blocking flow reactor 701 is provided between the rail side output terminal 10 of a DC electromotive voltage compensation device and a rail 2 and a high frequency side path condenser 702 is provided between the ground points of the terminal 10 and a chopper section cabinet 14. In addition, the high frequency current that flows from a chopper section circuit 601 to a ground wire 15 through an integrated ground capacitance 602 is absorbed in the condenser 702 before it flows into the ground leak resistor 603 of the rail 2 and a closed loop that returns the current to the chopper section circuit 601 through a lead-in wire 17 and the terminal 10. Besides, the side path effect of the side path condenser 702 is reinforced by the blocking flow reactor 701 and the high frequency current is hardly leaked to the ground leak resistor 603 and the rail 2. As a result, there is no possibility of raising a disturbance for railroad crossing control and such.
