PURPOSE:To improve a training effect without applying a load to an Achilles' tendon by forming a foot rest to hold an ankle in a shape to have a pair of right and left inclined receiving surfaces in sandwiching an intermediate concave part and, simultaneously, to have a heel side notch part, and simultaneously, causing it to be adjustable in an up-and-down direction to a turning shaft. CONSTITUTION:A foot rest 9 in contact with the ankle is fixedly located on an up-and-down mobile plate 10, simultaneously, supported to a shaft direction mobile plate 11, and made adjustable. For the shape of the foot rest 9, by an elastic body such as an urethane sponge, a concave part 21 is formed in the middle of right and left symmetrical inclined receiving surfaces 20, and simultaneously, a notch part 22 to allow the escape of a heel part is provided at a tip side. A user adjusts the position of the foot rest 9 by adjusting screws 12 and 17 so as to match the turning centers of right and left respective ankles onto a turning shaft 2.
