PURPOSE:To make it possible to continuously obtain a predetermined flow amount, by providing a synthetic resin tube for passing only gas in a vacuum tank while flowing a liquid to be degassed through said tube. CONSTITUTION:A liquid to be degassed is flowed into an inflow distributor 3 from an inflow port 3a and only gas is passed therethrough to be flowed into a plurality of tubes 2 made of a synthetic resin material for inhibiting the permeation of the liquid from a plurality of distribution ports provided to said distributor. The tubes 2 are respectively molded into the same length and wound in a vortex form to be received in a vacuum tank 1 connected to a vacuum pump. The dissolved gas in the liquid is degassed while the liquid is flowed through the tubes 2. The degassed liquid is collected in a collection passage 4c from each collection port 4b of an outflow collection plate 4 and supplied to a predetermined place through an outflow port 4a by a hose.
