PURPOSE:To avoid temporal disabling of steering under engine stop, by functioning an engine stop detection relay upon droppage of engine rotation below specified level and rotating a motor. CONSTITUTION:Upon droppage of engine rotation below specific level, an engine stop anticipating signal is fed to an engine stop detection relay. Upon provision of the engine stop anticipating signal, said relay will close the first contact 4 while in other case or when the engine rotation is higher than predetermined level and maintaning steady rotation including the idling, second contact 5 is closed. An emergency switch 15 will operate an emergency steering relay 3 to drive an emergency steering pump 1.
