PURPOSE:To enable easy removal of an apron from an end of a roller and enable easy winding of even a new apron. by dividing a bottom roller by two spindles. CONSTITUTION:Each bottom roller 4, 5, 6 is constituted of two spindles and a mechanism to be driven is placed between the two spindles. The mechanism is linked with a driving mechanism attached to bottom roller driving shafts 1, 2, 3. An end of the bottom becomes open state in the above state. In the exchange of an apron, a bottom roller wound with the apron can be easily removed and wound by shifting the roller along the longitudinal direction of the roller. The fiber wound round the roller can be removed from an end of the roller.
