PURPOSE:To completely return shoes after stopping braking, by specially designing the form of anti-rattle springs and the guide openings of supports on which the springs are fitted. CONSTITUTION:A flat plate portion 15 provided with bent-up edges 12, 13 at the upper and lower ends of a spring 10 is fitted in guide openings 8 provided on both the side portions of the shoe fitting part of a support 2. Elastic pushing portions 17 are passed through recesses 18 deeper than the guide openings 8 and are then protruded into the openings through slits 16. The spring 10 is thus fitted in the guide openings 8 so that the elastic pushing portions 17 elastically push the edges of protrusions 6a of a backing metal 6 for a shoe 3 fitted in the guide openings 8. Since the elastic force of the elastic pushing portion 17 is oriented as shown by an arrow (c), the shoes 3 are set away from a rotor between the shoes in non-braking.
