摘要

PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture, to reduce the cost and to improve the S/N ratio, by using a board provided with an input plane projected as checkers and an input pen having a magnetic anisotropy laminated with high permeability thin plates. CONSTITUTION:With a drive line Xa 203 driven, a voltage E1 is induced in a sense wire Ya 204 with a magnetic flux passing through a direction in parallel with a laminated layer of an input pen 107 and generated to a magnetic path to a projection B310 from a projection A309. Similarly, a voltage E2 is induced in the sense wire Ya 204 with a magnetic path reaching a projection D312 from the projection orthogonal to the laminated layer of the input pen 107. The voltages E1, E2 have opposite polarity. Since the construction of the input pen 107 is magnetically anisotropic, the magnetic reluctance in parallel with the laiminated layer is small and that in orthogonal direction is large, the directivity is produced for magnetic coupling, the voltage E1 can considerably be taken larger than the voltage E2, allowing to detect coordinates X3 and Y3.
