PURPOSE:To project parts with formed gathers from the same plane as that of a fabric by sewing spatial parts following holes together, then sterically projecting the holes, bundling the projected holes and sewing the edges together. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve fabric 10 is cut so as to raise an edge 24 of a hole 22 in sewing inner edges (18a) and (18b) and the edge 24 is collected into one place toward the inside of the ridge. The root part of the collected part is sewn together to close the hole 22 of the sleeve ridge parts 14. The outer peripheral edge 12 is formed into a cylindrical shape on the side opposite to the ridge to provide gathers. The gathered outer peripheral edge is sewn with the opening edge for the sleeve of the body part together.
