PURPOSE:To improve sealing around a corner piece, by forming a flange at the front edge of the body of the corner piece, and providing the flange with a portion extending ahead of a door weather strip. CONSTITUTION:A flange 13 is formed at the front edge of the body 5A of a corner piece and bent along a portion of the peripheral edge around the opening of a vehicle body 1. A projection 17, which has an engaging claw on the peripheral portion of the projection, is integrally provided on a glass runner 7A, which is attached to sash 12 to guide the vertical movement of the front edge of a door pane 8, so that the projection 17 corresponds to the insertion hole of the wash. The front portion 18 of a door weather strip 9 fitted at the peripheral edge of the body 2 of a door extends along the front edge of the body 5A of the corner piece. The extending portion 18 is attached to the flange 13 of the corner piece body 5A by an attaching groove and coupled to the glass runner 7A so that the extending portion is brought into tight contact with a body side weather strip 11 when the door is closed.
