PURPOSE:To obtain the titled hollow yarns having a finger structure between a dense layer and a porous layer and high dialytic ability, by extruding a solution of a polymer having groups capable of being aminated through a hollow annular nozzle, and treating the resultant hollow yarns with an aminating agnet. CONSTITUTION:A polymer having groups capable of being aminated is dissolved in a solvent, and the resultant spinning solution 1 is then extruded through an outer annular part of a hollow annular nozzle 4. An injecting liquid 2 incapable of coagulating the spinning solution 1 is then extruded through the inner hollow part of the hollow annular nozzle 4, and led to the interior of a gelation bath 5 to form hollow yarns 6, which are then treated with an aminating agent to aminate the groups capable of being aminated in the polymer and give the aimed hollow yarns having a dense layer 10 in the outer wall surface and a porous layer 11 in the inner wall surface or a porous layer 14 in the outer wall surface and a dense layer 13 in the inner wall surface and further many finger structures 12 and 15 in the interior thereof.
