PURPOSE:To easily and surely form the projecting part for increasing the adhesion force of a packing material by inserting the tubular body for a joint hardware to the shape that plural projecting bar parts are formed on the inner face and pouring a super high pressure water inside the tubular body. CONSTITUTION:The tubular body 5 for a joint hardware is inserted into the inner part of a shape 4, urethane is expanded by compressing the urethane of both closed parts 6, 6 and both end parts of the tubular body 5 are closed. When an extra high pressure water is poured into a feeding hole 10 from a center hole jack 14 side, it is poured between both closed parts 6, 6 inside the tubular body 5 from each pouring hole 7. And when the water pressure inside the tubular body 5 is increased, the tubular body 5 is pressed and deformed along the shape of the shape 4. The tubular body 5 is thus made a joint hardware with the plural projecting part for increasing the adhesion force of a packing material corresponding to the projecting bar part 2 of the shape 4 being formed on its inner face.
