PURPOSE:To efficiently perform washing of a processing hole without worsening an environment by providing each means of carrying-out, positioning and rotation of a pallet, and a closing and opening means of a door, a washing liquid injection nozzle and its driving means, a work identification censor and a control device. CONSTITUTION:After a work 33 on a pallet 21 sent with the use of a conveyor 6 is stopped with a stopper 10, the work 33 is positioned with a pallet positioning device 2 and a door 50 is closed at the same time. And a nozzle mounted on the end of the pipe 62 of a X-Y driver 52 is moved to be controlled, according to a hole position with the use of a control device, to inject a high pressure washing liquid and a processing hole on the first side is washed. At the same time a low pressure washing liquid is injected from an upper shower device 77 and an injection perforated plate 3 and the upper and lower surfaces to be of the work 33 are washed. The pallet 21 is rotated to indexed by means of an actuating cylinder 31 and after washing of respective processing holes on the whole surface is completed, the washing liquid is switched to air to carry out air blowing and the work 33 is carried out from a vessel after the door 50 is opened. Whenever the pallet 21 operates a limit switch 51, a slat conveyor 6 stops and a cycle ends.
