PURPOSE:To obtain an Fe-Si sintered alloy having magnetic properties equal to or better than those of Fe-Si ingot alloy, by mixing a Si-containing iron alloy powder containing Si in the range of specified contents with a Si-containing iron alloy powder having a melting point higher than the former, and sintering the mixture so that the product has specified amounts of Si.
