PURPOSE:To obtain resolutions of a water rate sensor and an air rate sensor both in the same degrees, by determining water data by counting a number of clocks oscillated within a cycle or within a pulse width of water rate pulses. CONSTITUTION:A basic clock oscillator oscillates clocks C1 of a cycle T1, and those clocks C1 are fed into one of the inputs of the primary AND gate. A water pulse P1 from a water rate sensor is impressed on the other input of the AND gate, and then a logic ''H'' comes from the output of an AND gate every time a basid clock C1 comes, during a half period of pulse width T(P1) of water rate pulse at that time. The counted value Nc/2 of basic clock C1 within a pulse width of water rate pulse per pulse is stored in the primary latching circuit through the primary counter. The primary latching circuit outputs a water rate data S1 when a water rate pulse P1 comes. By this method, satisfactory resolution can be obtained in a water rate data.
