摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture simply foot gear giving a proper cushion property, good wearing feeling and no fatigue by providing on the bottom a cushion body consisting of a main hollow body formed of an elastic blank and a proper number of hollow sub-bodies having different thicknesses and providing a communicating pipe communicating to the outside in the main hollow body. CONSTITUTION:A cushion body 1 is constitutionally embedded approximately intermediate the upper and lower layers of a intermediate sole 12 of foot gear 11 by injection molding. The cushion body 1 has a main hollow body 2 located in the heel, an inside hollow sub-bodies 3a located in positions inside the foot gear 11 and an outside hollow sub-bodies 3b and a communicating pipe 4 formed in the outside positions of the foot gear 11 so that the periphery of the cushion body 1 is covered with the intermediate sole 12. Since the hollow sub-bodies 3a, 3b are connected to the front of the main hollow body 2, the upper surfaces of the hollow sub-bodies 3a, 3b are provided lower than the main hollow body 2 in the arch of the foot of foot gear 11. The cushion bodies 1 of left and right foot gears 11 are symmetric to each other and the communicating pipe 4 is laterally laid toward the outside of each foot gear 11 with an air valve 5 being mounted on the opened tip of the communicating pipe 4.
