PURPOSE:To reduce the facility investment and the maintenance cost by inverting the phase of the 3-phase AC to a specific 3-phase AC fan and keeping a specific temperature within an electronic equipment. CONSTITUTION:When an operator gives instructions via a keyboard 4a to set the temperature and the time for a high temperature margin test, a high temperature test is started via a temperature control part 2. At the part 2, the temperatures of temperature sensors (a1,..., b1,...) 13 are read by a temperature monitor part 21 against the lapse of time. These temperatures are stored in a memory device 5 like a floppy disk, a magnetic disk, etc., by a temperature history part 24 via a service processor 3 for acquisition of a temperature history. At the same time, an action which inverts a specific phase of a 3-phase AC into an adverse or forward phase against the specific one or plural 3-phase AC fans 12 is repeated until the internal temperature of an electronic equipment 1 is equal to a level set by the operator based on the temperature information given from the sensors 13 via a fan control part 23.
