INTRODUCTION AND DELIVERY OPERATION DEVICE FOR MULTI-STORIED PARKING FACILITY

PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of a serious accident by successively displaying necessary manipulating steps on a screen of a display unit so that a drive sec tion is operated only when a start switch is performed after the operator carry ing out the above-mentioned manipulating steps in order. CONSTITUTION:In a multi-storied parking facility in which several vehicle carrier cages are circulated so as to store vehicles, there is provided an introduc tion and delivery control device 26 composed of a control section 22, manipulat ing buttons 27, a display section 20, a touch sensor 21 and the like. Upon intro duction and delivery of vehicles, necessary manipulating steps are indicated on the screen of the display section 20. After the operator properly carrying out a necessary manipulating step indicated on the screen, the touch sensor 21 detects the manipulation, and then a necessary step to be carried out at the next step is indicated on the display section 20. After going through the proper steps, the drive section 23 is operated only when the operator performs a start switch while safety is confirmed.
