PURPOSE:To provide a smooth speed change operation by providing a speed change control lever for carrying out simultaenously speed change operation of non-stage speed change of a non-stage speed change gear together with stepwise speed change of a stepwise speed change gear. CONSTITUTION:A speed change control lever 4 is provided which performs simultaneously the non-stage speed change of a non-stage speed change gear 2 together with the stepwise speed change of a stepwise speed change gear 3. A guide 5 is formed with a speed change guide groove 6 consisting of two parallel linear portions 6a, 6b and a curved portion 6c interconnecting these portions so that the curved portion 6c is located at the low speed (L) side of non-stage speed change while it can be selectively changed over to the stepwise speed change at this proper position. Thus, forward and backward or high and low auxiliary 2 stage speedchange can be smoothly performed by the operation of the single speed change control lever 4.
