PURPOSE:To prepare high-calory and high-quality solid fuel which utilizes industrial waste, by mixing purified water-containing waste oil, wood chip, carbon, lime, sodium silicate and magnesium carbonate and forming the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A liquid oil sludge is heated at about 60 deg.C to effect oil-water separation and impurities such as water, sand and rust are removed to obtain water-containing waste oil of improved quality. Then the above two types of water-containing waste oils are mixed under stirring at about 60 deg.C and foreign particles that comes up to the surface are removed. 55-70% water-containing waste oil, 25-35% wood chip with a water content of about 20%, 0.5-2% carbon, 2-3% coal, 2-3% sodium silicate and 0.5-2% magnesium carbonate are mixed and the mixture is formed into desired shape.
