PURPOSE:To continuously perform the welding work by inserting a torch body into a gas supply pipe and a cooling water supply pipe and fixing its one end on a body main body having a cooling water passage and circulating cooling water in the torch body via a hole of the body main body to cool the torch body. CONSTITUTION:The cooling water supply pipe 16 whose one end is communicated with the cooling water passage 4 through an external ring 3 is fixed on the external ring 3 of the body main body 2. The gas supply pipe 17 is arranged in parallel with said cooling water supply pipe 16 and the torch body 18 where its one end is communicated with a shaft hole 2a of the body main body 2 through the external ring 3 and the body main body 2 is formed cylindrically and inserted into the outsides of the cooling water supply pipe 16 and the gas supply pipe 17. One end of said torch body 18 is fixed on the outside peripheral surface of the external ring 3 and moreover, a drainpipe 19 is fitted to its rear end face. Then, the cooling water supplied from the cooling water supply pipe 16 to the cooling water passage 4 flows in the torch body 18 with respect to the external ring 3. A communication hole 3a is opened. Accordingly, the body main body 2 and the torch body 18 can be cooled.
