摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce a thermal deformation of a reactor, by a method wherein a unit, which changes a direction of an exhaust gas flow, is formed so that it is united to one body with a casing, and a partition plate is placed in a casing to diside the inside of the casing into an upper and a lower duct section. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 13 is positioned in a reactor casing 9 so that it causes a gas flow to be reversed, and a part above the partition plate is formed into an outlet duct 7b and a part below the partition plate into an inlet duct 12a. A catalyst bed 6, supported by a reinforcing iron frame 11a, is located at the inlet duct 12a. Rectifying plates 8, which adjust the exhaust gas flow and changes the direction thereof, situates between the inlet duct 12a and the outlet duct 7b. After exhaust gas flowing through the inlet duct 12a is denitrated at the catalyst bed 6, the direction of the flow is turned by about 180 deg. for the direction of flowing into the outlet duct 7b an air pre-heater.
