PURPOSE:To conduct the test of a track on rail based on the high evaluation criterion on actual running by providing a reference time generator, a car pattern and road pattern setting device and various operating devices or the like so as to set always a prescribed evaluation reference condition. CONSTITUTION:The time being a reference of the vibrating test is transmitted from a reference time transducer 1 of a vibrating test equipment and the speed road pattern of a car corresponding to the reference time is set to a car speed pattern setting device 2. Moreover, the road pattern on which the car runs is set to the pattern setting device 4 and a running distance operating section 3 calculates the running distance at the reference time by the speed pattern signal from the setting device 2. Furthermore, the road displacement at the reference time is calculated according to the road pattern from the setting device 4 by a reference road operating device 5. Exciters 8-1-8-N are controlled according to the road displacement operated by the operating device 5. Then the test of the car on rail track is executed by the high evaluating criterion with high running.
