PURPOSE:To enable to recover muddy water from a remote liquid supply source, by extending a water drawing pipe into the liquid supply source, and extending a discharge port of a submergible pump to the outside of a separation tank. CONSTITUTION:A hose is connected to a water drawing pipe 3 and it is extended into a liquid supply source 4. Similarly, a discharge hose is connected to a discharge port 2b of a submergible pump 2 and extended to a place where waste matter is to be dumped. Through operation of a vacuum pump 1, the inside of a separation tank T2 and the pipe 3 is evacuated, so that a mixture of sand, water, air, etc. is drawn into the separation tank T2 from the liquid supply source 4. In the separation tank T2, muddy water is discharged to the outside of the separation tank T2 while preventing deposition of solid matter like mud by the function of the submergible pump 2 having agitating blades 11, while gases are carried into a gas collecting tank T3 from an upper portion of the separation tank T2. Further, sand, sludge, etc. are carried to a place where they are to be dumped.
