AUTOMATIC LINE ESPECIALLY FOR PRODUCTION OF FLUORESCENT-TUBES EQUIPPED TUB-TYPE LIGHTING FITTINGS' BODIES

Automated line consists of a feeding cart (1) interconnected with an input conveyor (4) through a trimming (18) manipulator (3), then an indicator (5) of trimming (18) thickness, punching tool (6) and bending tool (10) which are gripped in presses (7,11) interconnected by an interoperating conveyor (9). The line further consits of an output conveyor (12) connected with an element stacker (14), a stocking pallete (15), a travel (16) and a control desk (17). The problem solved is the automation of production achieved by a punching tool (6) and bending tool (10) being equipped with their own sliding-in device (8,13) the magnetic pulleys (19,24) of which are arranged inside the tool (6,10) in one line with the conveyors (4,9,12) and are embedded in the inner ends of bearing arms (20,25) the outer ends of which are provided with a driving instrument (21,26) and attached on a console (22,27) fixed on the solid part of the pressing machine (7,11).
