METHOD OF MULTI-FUNCTIONAL ADMIXTURE PRODUCTION INTO LUBRICATING OILS ON BASE OF ZINC DIALKYL DITHIOPHOSPHATE

The invention concerns a method of production of multi-functional admixture production for lubricating oils on a base of zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate by reaction of saturated aliphatic alcohols C1 - C12 with phosphorus pentasulphide catalysed by free and/or elemental sulphur in a quantity of 3.5 to 4.1 % by weight to phosphorus pentasulphide and subsequent neutralisation by a base zinc compound. The advantage of the given method is the increase of extraction of admixture and ensuring suitable working characteristics of phosphorus pentasulphide, with suitable qualitative characteristics of the gained admixture.
