METHOD OF UNDERGROUND GAS STORAGE FORMATION IN EXHAUSTED MULTILAYER DEPOSITS

FIELD: natural gas industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling well for pumping gas down into the wells; controlling storage for tightness prior to pumping gas down into collector layer. To do that gas is pumped into thin bed till maximum pressure is reached. Then gas is pumped in cycles into collector layer during one season with gradual increasing of formation to predetermined maximum value of pressure obtained in thin bed. EFFECT: reduced time of providing underground storage by increased-cycle pumping of gas into collection layer with simultaneous increasing of work volume. 1 dwg
