CONTACTLESS THERMOMETER FOR SURFACE TEMPERATURES' MAPS SENSING SYSTEMS

The existing simple sensors with a pre-sequenced breaker of thermal radiation usually working with a 1:1 mark to space ratio are not very suitable for surface temperature map scanning systems due to the fact that contactless thermometers based on them do not measure temperature roughly half of their operating time. In this design, the contactless thermometer is equipped with a double scanning sensor (1) with a pre-sequenced breaker (4) of thermal radiation, adjusted for alternating screening of active surfaces (2, 3) of the double scanning sensor (1). The drive (5) of the thermal radiation breaker (4) is connected to the switch (9) of the combiner, both active surfaces (2, 3) of the double scanning sensor (1) are connected to the input of the combiner (7, 8), while electronic evaluation block (10) is connected to the output of the combiner.IMAGE
