ACCUMULATOR SPACE FOR HYDRAULIC BREAKDOWN HAMMER

The solution concerns a constructional formation of an accumulator space of hydraulic disrupting hammers, in which energy is concentrated for performance of stroke of a working tool in an object that is disrupted. The hydraulic disrupting hammer consists of a body in which there is a displaceable working tool and a stroking piston inserted with its rear part into the accumulator space. The principle of the solution consists in the fact that the accumulator space is composed of at least two gas chambers. In the basic version the first gas chamber formed in the body of the hydraulic disrupting hammer and via an interconnecting channel it is connected with the second gas chamber, which is formed in the striking piston. In the second gas chamber there is a displaceable auxiliary piston, whose piston rod is connected with a body of the hydraulic hammer. In the alternative version both gas chambers are formed in the body of the hydraulic hammer, while the piston rod of the auxiliary piston arranged displaceably in the second gas chamber is connected with the striking cylinder.IMAGE
