METHOD OF BARLEY VARIETIES IDENTIFICATION THAT ARE ERYSIPHE GRAMINIS DC FUNGI RESISTANT

The purpose of the solution is to improve selection of barley varieties resistant fungus Erisiphe graminis DC. The above mentioned purpose is achieved by selection of varieties of barley containing at least 27 micrograms of trans-6-/4-hydroxy-3-methyl-2-butene-1-ylamino/purine i.e. zeatin in 1 g of dry grain. The method of identification of barley varieties resistant to fungus Erisiphe graminis DC can be applied in agriculture.IMAGE
