The invention relates to new adhesion primer compositions for fluorine-containing coating. The adhesion primer consists essentially of epoxy and/or epoxy-phenolic resins and of methacrylic resin(s). The invention also relates to metal/fluorine-containing coating composite materials and to a technique for manufacturing these materials.
