The invention concerns a casing for protecting a circuit board provided with an earth foil or part thereof from disturbances caused by electromagnetic interference and at the same time for suppressing the discharge of interference. The casing comprises a cover part 2 with dividers 3 of conductive material connected to it and according to the invention these dividers are separated from each other in such a way that they are flexible and the casing 1 is thus compressed in a space between the circuit board 6 and its fixing base 10, which space is lower than the height of the dividers.
