PURPOSE: To seek the adequate signal of the nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) which is mostly proportional to the rate of the chemical reaction of a heterogeneous sample by spatially localizing a responded signal from the NMR having a label gained by the excited resonance of the first constituent in the desired space of the interior of a capacity element selected as at least one. CONSTITUTION: It is initiated from the ordering of an irradiated portion (e.g. a saturation or an inversion) of the 'marking' of the rate of reaction (K), thereafter continued by the ordering of the spatially and locally existentialized portion, and finalized by the NMR-ordering of a data collecting portion. These orderings are used for each of the plurality of the capacity elements within the samples, and then utilized as the spectrum of a collected chemical shift. For example, each process of the irradiation for labeling (K), the existentialization and the collection of the spectrum of the chemical shift are combined into one NMR-ordering. The ordering is initiated from the ordering 50 of the saturation/the inversion portions. In the ordering 53 of the locally existentialized portion, the amplitude modulated RF-signal pulse 54 is impressed under the presence of a magnetic field gradient G-pulse 55, at least the one signal of a sliced selectivity is generated by spatially selecting the NMR-signal in a priory selected vertical flat surface against the gradient direction.
