The seam welding machine is for pipes with an overlapping seam weld. The current conducting wire is flat and can be used several times on either side. The pipe to be welded is pushed together at a completely uniform speed and is simultaneously welded. The welding pressure is adjustable for various materials and the welding head through the copper welding wire, provides the drive as well as the current conduction. The machine is made for the automation of combined pipe in-feed and welded pipe output, and can produce pipes of differing dimensions by proportional change calibres.
