Rain-water exclusion system from wall cavity - comprises bulkhead with drain on ceiling during building erection

The system prevents an excessive amount of rainwater entering a wall cavity while a building is being erected. It comprises a bulkhead (5) placed on the ceiling (1) near the cavity (4), and incorporating means for draining the drainwater away. The bulkhead can be in sections coupled together, one at least of which has a drain union (15). Each of these can have a vertical wall (6) with an edge (10) of resilient material along the underside.
