This invention relates to piperazine derivatives of the general formula I IMAGE I wherein -(CH2)n- represents a straight or branched chain alkyl group having from n=1 to n=20 carbon atoms, and R represents a hydrogen atom, a branched alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group having from 5 to 10 carbon atoms, a phenyl group, optionally substituted by one or several chlorine atoms, methyl or methoxy groups, or straight or branched chain alkenyl groups having from 3 to 11 carbon atoms, to a preparation process of said compounds and to therapeutic compositions containing them as an active ingredient.
