Connection of parts of burners of longitudinal type which are stressed thermally in a diverse manner

The burners 1 consist of two parts: a tubular conduit 11 closed at its rear end 111 and supplied via its front end with an air/gas mixture M which exits from lateral rows of holes 114 existing therein in the form of small flames F and a cover 12 which covers the tubular conduit 11 with its central part 121, forming, with its edges, two lateral fins 122 arranged in the upper part next to the small flames F. The central part 121 rests on the tubular conduit 11, distanced therefrom by means of stampings 123, 124. The cover 12 is joined to the tubular conduit 11 by means of small bridges 2 formed by thin rod or plate elements 21 of suitable length which are fixed via their ends to the lateral fins 122 and pass under the tubular conduit 11. This join allows reciprocal longitudinal displacements of both parts which are sufficient to offset the various thermal expansions. IMAGE
