Abstract:A pharmaceutical composition for use in the treatment ofchronic Graft-versus host diseases as wall as autoimmune diseases,in particular for the treatment of systemic lupus erythe-matosus containing as an active ingredient at least onecompound of the formulae 1 or 2the latter being present per se or in the form of a physio-logically tolerable salt.The invention also relates to a dosage unit form of saidpharmaceutical composition and a method of treating chronicGraft-versus host diseases as well as autoimmune diseases, inparticular systemic lupus erythematosus.
